Interview With Metals

SEMI-PRECIOUS ORECORE

Hailing from Melbourne, self-styled ‘ghetto tech booty rock’ outfit Metals smelt their sound from dub, reggae, hip-hop and electro, taking inspiration from everything betwixt old school hardcore and contemporary techno. In January the band will release their new EP (When I Say You I Mean Me) which – in addition to the core duo of Chris Coe and Ehsan Gelsi – also features singer, songwriter and siren Candice Monique.

Until the new year breaks you can hear a track from the release (Silence) in our in-site boombox.
